Light weight version of the heralded K HiHats.
K Zildjian cymbals continue to inspire drummers today with their deep, warm, and expressive sounds developed by Kerope Zildjian in 19th Century Turkey. Elaborate hammering and lathing techniques work the Zildjian alloy into versatile cymbals that are dark yet well suited for a wide variety of musical genres from jazz to rock.
Based on requests from players for a lighter weight version of our heralded K HiHats, these K Light HiHats have a medium thin top paired with a medium bottom to give them a dark and slightly delicate feel with a light blend of overtones.
The sound great for most applications including rock, pop, country, and jazz.
