The Paiste PSTX DJ45 12 inch Hi-Hats were designed in collaboration with renowned musician Daru Jones for the travelling musician.
Inspired by the need to take practical cymbals on the road, the DJ45 hi-hats feature a lightweight and strong alloy that can last constant gigs and studio sessions. The DJ45s have rough, clear sound that is suited to hip hop and breakbeat styles. The patterned holes add complexity and fuzziness to the high frequencies, resulting in the classic dry tone of the 1980s.
